Yes! laundry can be included in all regular cleaning services.

Whether you simply want the bed linens changed, a few loads of laundry taken off your hands or you hate ironing but are happy to do the rest we can help.

Laundry can be sorted, washed, dried, folded or ironed and even put away!

If you avoid the laundry at all cost and want to hand over all operations to us, we'll turn your laundry room into a well oiled machine in no time!

Or even better still check out our laundry and linen services where we can collect some or all of your laundry and return it washed, dried, folded and even ironed if necessary.

Yes, you can change or add to the tasks we complete during your service at any time! Just contact us and let us know.

Small little tasks can sometimes simply be discussed with the team on the day.

However, it's best to contact the office beforehand if you think the team will need extra time or will need a specific product or equipment with them that they don't normally carry.

Contacting us ahead of time ensures we allow enough time in the schedule to complete your clean to the best of our abilities whilst keeping on time for any other clients we have that day.

Yes, if you prefer them to the team can use either products or equipment that you provide yourself.

Yes, you can add a 'deep' cleaning task or tasks such as an oven clean to your regular service at any time.

They can be added as a one-off when you feel they are necessary or we can add several deep clean tasks like clean windows, oven and fridge interior to your regular service and rotate across all of them, so you never have to worry.

We have hourly minimum bookings for all our services, but we do not lock our clients in for a certain number of services like some other providers.

We have a minimum of a two-hour service booking for regular services and four-hour service booking for one off cleans.
