How green squirrel cleaning works
step one: book a property consultation
- Property consultations are free and allow us to have a quick look around your home to quote your service and offer any recommendations.
- Property consultations allow you to meet us in person and ask us any questions you have.
- Security of our employees matters to us. Property consultations mean we are not sending our employees into unknown and potentially unsafe environments.
step three: put your feet up, relax & wait for us to arrive.
- An SMS will be sent 24 hours before each service to confirm our arrival time.
- We will access your property using the instructions provided. You can be home if you prefer or provide us with a spare key if it is more convenient.
- An invoice will be emailed to you on the day of your service. Pay within 7 days or set up a recurring transfer.
- Return to a beautiful clean home and enjoy.
- If you have a query or wish to change your service you can call or email us anytime.
step two: review your cpw & sign service agreement
- The notes we take during your property consultation are compiled into a cleaning plan.
- Cleaning plan's contain all the information we need to ensure that your service meets all your requirements and is completed accurately each and every visit.
